Review: Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood episode 4

As promised, today we have our review of the fourth episode of Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood. This is Chris's final review for now. He hasn't chosen to do any more yet due to his busy schedule, but if you all show support for these reviews, he may do some more.
In the meantime, we do have more reviews coming from me shortly. As I mentioned in a previous update, we have reviews for Daphne in the Brilliant Blue, Tenjho Tenge, and Trinity Blood coming soon.
